Refund Policy of Beall Solutions LLC

Limitation on Refund Eligibility - 30-Day Period: At Beall Solutions LLC, we commence the delivery of our Program services immediately upon purchase. As such, we maintain a 30-day refund policy. You acknowledge and agree that any requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests beyond this 30-day period will not be entertained, irrespective of whether you have canceled or not utilized the Program services.

Condition for Refund within 30 Days: To be eligible for a refund within this 30-day period, you are required to actively engage with the Program services. In the event of failure or refusal to utilize the offered services, you forfeit your right to a refund after 30 days. For customers on a payment plan, a refund request must be made within 30 days, or else you are obliged to fulfill the remaining payments as agreed upon.

Refund Request Process: Should you determine that the Program services do not meet your expectations, please reach out to our support team at support@beallsolutions.com. To process your refund request, it must be submitted before 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase.

Policy on Training Material: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if it is apparent that training materials (including PDFs, audios, videos, etc.) were downloaded with the intent of immediate return. This policy is in place to prevent the unauthorized use or distribution of our training materials.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that there are no refunds available for the following services and products: Consulting, Live Workshops, or other Event Tickets. All sales of these services and products are final.
